I’m very happy to be posting photos of Josh & Amber’s summer wedding. They were married at The Mansion at the Bayou Golf Course in McMinnville, Oregon. It was a beautiful outdoor wedding complimented by hundreds of light pink peonies! Josh and Amber were so much fun to work with. A great experience for my first wedding!

Seth and I got married on October 2nd of this year in Astoria, OR and I’m not sure what I was thinking but I decided to do my own flowers. We kept things simple - mini green hydrangeas, white roses, Star of Bethlehem and a special red roses within my bouquet. The groom and groomsen boutonieres were made with simple greens. My family and friends created all of the centerpieces.
Many thanks to Yasmin Khajavi Photography for photographing our big day http://ykvision.com/
I am so excited to post some pictures from the wedding of Eric and Bethany Ellis! They got married July 24th at their home church Gladstone First Baptist in Gladstone Oregon. I was so fortunate to do the flowers for their wedding. Bethany wanted bright colors - yellows and oranges - and the inclusion of her favorite type of flower, the Asiatic Lilly which smells so delicious!

Another successful morning at the Portland Flower Market

Creating some fun bouquets for the house.
Today was my first trip to the Portland Wholesale Flower Market, down in the Swan Island area of Portland. I learned that Saturdays is when you don’t go. It’s deserted and the flowers are left over the from week before. Fine for me - I just wanted to check out this amazing place, buy some vases, foam, ribbon, flower food and a few flowers to start practicing arrangement making.
These are photos from my first day in the business.
